As a Sr Manager FP&A , you will investigate the potential impacts of strategic business initiatives and transactions. You’ll interpret financial and operational performance in order to identify business risks and opportunities. You’ll do this by creating financial tools to streamline decision-making, partnering with internal clients to develop long range goals, annual budgets and monthly forecasts. This role includes evaluating strategic initiatives or business opportunities while coordinating cross-functional reviews and supports both new and on-going initiatives. Finally, you’ll develop process improvements using strategic problem solving skills. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. - Responsibilities
- Become the centralized finance resource for Owned Brands support, supporting business needs while driving alignment across FP&A teams
- Establish and improve new and existing financial routines, including an Owned Brands P&L, monthly Owned Brands reporting, SG&A routines, LRP, and other reporting packages
- Create business cases for new business models and alternative revenue streams, such as wholesale and circularity
- Support key enterprise initiatives, including ways to shorten our product lifecycle
- Ad hoc analyses and capital support as needed
- Requirements
- Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
- Four or more years Finance/Accounting/Audit or related Operations experience
- Experience working with spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organization skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong initiative and willingness to take risks
