We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Sr Manager to lead our Same Day Delivery Operations Excellence team, driving the success of our ultra-fast shopping experience for clients in North America. As a key member of our Quick and Regional Logistics (R2L) association, you will be responsible for network delivery cost and customer experience, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact on our business.
Job Summary:

As a Sr Manager, you will lead a team of 10+ program managers, establishing and reviewing daily and weekly metrics on last-mile business performance. You will develop and maintain the SSD strategy and playbook for improving last-mile delivery cost and quality, building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, including Amazon Flex, Finance, Delivery Operations Tech, and Field Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10+ program managers
- Establish and review daily and weekly metrics on last-mile business performance
- Develop and maintain the SSD strategy and playbook for improving last-mile delivery cost and quality
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
- Present business performance to key executive and VP leaders
Essential Qualifications:
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 3+ years of supply chain expertise
- MBA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects
- Experience analyzing and communicating results to senior management
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
- Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior leaders up to VP level
