- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience leading initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features and using AI tools to enhance creativity and expand design possibilities
- Comfortable moving between the details of a single interaction and the broader product architecture—designing cohesive, connected user journeys
