Job Description
Role: Sr. Salesforce Quality Engineer
Location: Onsite (Des Moines, Iowa)
Contract
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust automation regression suite using AccelQ.
- Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Execute cross-browser testing leveraging Softlabs to ensure consistent user experience across platforms.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Provide detailed documentation of test cases, results, and quality metrics. Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in automation testing using AccelQ.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.
- Familiarity with Softlabs for cross-browser testing.
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of the insurance domain and related business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
