We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer with experience in creating developer-focused documentation. This role involves developing high-quality conceptual and functional documentation that explains complex software systems and development tools to a technical audience. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholder teams to gather technical information and... produce clear, concise, and user-friendly content that helps developers understand and use our products effectively.
Sample Projects
ยท Collaborate with subject matter experts to write new documentation explaining how a developer can use a component or widget in their product
ยท Establish a strategy for transforming internal documentation into external-facing documentation
ยท Interface with designers, engineers, and partners to create and run a process for maintaining documentation freshness
Responsibilities:
ยท Create high-quality reference and instructional documentation for developers
ยท Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
ยท Use a suite of internal tools to draft, develop, and publish content
Skills:
ยท Self-starter able to work independently and anticipate needs
ยท Web development experience
ยท Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
ยท Proficiency with Markdown, HTML, and either Javascript or Python
ยท Strong familiarity with programming best practices

Education requirement:
ยท Bachelorยs degree in English, Software Development, or a similar subject
