Legal Services of the Hudson Valley is a nonprofit organization providing essential legal counsel to low-income individuals in civil matters. They are seeking a full-time Domestic Violence Staff Attorney to represent survivors of domestic violence in family court and related areas, ensuring access to justice for those in need. Responsibilities Intakes and individual case work Litigation in state courts Trials Motions, including appellate practice Education and outreach efforts directed at community members, advocates and service providers Adhere to program and case handling standards Funder requirements
