- Be accountable for a scalable, long-term user experience vision
- Partner with thought leaders across Netflix to identify business opportunities
- Drive the evolution of Podcasts on Netflix
- Ensure quality of craft and design across all platforms
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members
- Lead a human-centered design strategy that fosters company-wide alignment
- Innovate to meet new business and member needs
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products
- Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally
- Deep expertise in the engagement patterns of podcasts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partner teams on video promotion strategies/campaigns
- Demonstrated success in driving 0-1 initiatives forward
- Strategic thinker who can articulate a compelling product vision
- Skilled at connecting the dots across related initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to effectively integrate individual business needs into a holistic design system approach
- Skilled in Figma’s advanced features, such as Autolayout, Components/Variables, DevMode, Responsive Prototypes
