About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide training to statewide Districts in the operation of ATMS software and customer service.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct CHAMP recertification testing and provide coaching to staff.
- Develop classroom and online training packages for CHAMP Dispatch Operators and Supervisors.
- Attend TIM meetings to improve training and participate in bi-weekly training team meetings.
- Identify and analyze training and performance trends to drive corrective action plans.
- Organize and develop training manuals, reference materials, and multimedia aids.
- Conduct certification testing for CHAMP Districts 1-6.
- Perform real-time quality assurance on operator incidents and notifications.
- Spend one full shift each month functioning as a CHAMP Dispatch Operator.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to travel to various district site locations.
