Workday Associate Consultant (Functional or Technical)
Strada partners with clients to enable organizational transformation through the deployment of Workday, a next-generation Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
As a Workday Associate Consultant, you will work with organizations to transform workforce experiences, improve business processes, and implement technology that helps companies operate more effectively. You will collaborate with clients across multiple industries and locations while helping deploy or support Workday solutions.
At Strada, we invest heavily in early career consultants through structured training, coaching, and hands-on project experience so you can develop consulting skills and build expertise in the Workday ecosystem.
This posting supports hiring across two consulting tracks within the same business: Functional Consulting and Technical Consulting.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities (Both Tracks)
- A typical day may include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their business goals and support the delivery of Workday solutions
- Leveraging problem solving skills to manage issues and risks throughout projects
- Testing and troubleshooting business scenarios to ensure the Workday solution meets client needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes
- Monitoring tasks against a project plan and communicating status updates on key deliverables
- Supporting change management through communications and training that drive adoption of Workday
- Participating in internal Strada initiatives that support innovation and professional development Consulting Tracks
Functional Associate Consultant
Functional consultants focus on business processes and system configuration within Workday.
- Typical Responsibilities
- Gathering functional requirements from business stakeholders
- Configuring and deploying Workday HCM and Financial solutions
- Supporting organizations implementing Workday for the first time
- Optimizing system configuration and supporting existing Workday customers
- Translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions Areas of Functional Focus

Technical consultants focus on data, integrations, and system architecture within the Workday platform.
- Typical Responsibilities
- Gathering technical requirements and designing technical solutions
- Supporting the delivery of Workday HCM and Financial implementations
- Managing data conversion activities
- Building and unit testing Workday integrations
- Debugging integrations, reports, and resolving data errors
- Developing reports and analyzing data Areas of Technical Focus

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum:
$51,310.00 - $95,290.00
