Through monthly pulse surveys, AI-generated coaching prompts, and live executive coaching, AIM Insights gives managers real, actionable insight into how their teams are feeling—and how to address challenges before they become disengagement or turnover.

The Role We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, executive coaching, and consultative growth. This role is client-facing and impact-driven: you’ll partner closely with managers using the AIM Insights platform to help them understand their team data, coach them through real people challenges, and proactively expand AIM Insights within their organization. This is not a passive account management role. Success requires curiosity, confidence, and a consultative mindset—someone comfortable asking thoughtful questions, coaching leaders, and identifying opportunities to grow relationships.

What You’ll Do • Manage and grow client relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned AIM Insights managers • Build trusted, long-term relationships with managers and client stakeholders • Deliver executive coaching • Conduct 30-minute monthly coaching sessions with managers • Help managers interpret pulse survey data and understand team sentiment • Coach managers on how to have productive conversations with their direct reports • Provide guidance on navigating sensitive team dynamics with clarity and confidence • Consult and advise • Act as a thought partner to managers on leadership, communication, and team effectiveness • Translate insights into practical, real-world actions managers can take immediately • Drive account expansion • Identify opportunities to expand AIM Insights within existing client organizations • Proactively ask for introductions to other managers who may benefit from the platform • Collaborate with clients to roll AIM Insights out to additional teams and direct reports Who You Are • Proactive, confident, and comfortable initiating growth conversations • Strong communicator who can coach executives without sounding prescriptive • Naturally consultative—you ask great questions and listen closely • Organized and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively • Interested in leadership development, employee experience, and team dynamics • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action Ideal Background (Not Required, But Helpful) • Account management, customer success, consulting, or coaching experience • Experience working with managers, leaders, or executive teams • Background in HR, organizational development, leadership coaching, or SaaS client success

Compensation & Incentives

This role offers a strong base rate plus meaningful upside tied directly to impact: • $20/hour base pay • $10 per manager monthly retention bonus • $100 bonus for each new manager added through your efforts • $5 bonus for each additional direct report added to a manager’s account Why
