Position Overview As a Business Strategist at Servant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for clients across the Faith Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans for clients, and align business strategies with organizational goals and client objectives.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks, providing insights and recommendations based on market assessments. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, building strong relationships as a trusted advisor in strategic matters. Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making, identifying key areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.

Operational Efficiency: Assess and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency, developing and implementing initiatives to improve overall business performance. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in client operations and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful strategy execution. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to evaluate the impact of proposed strategies. Monitor and report on financial performance against strategic objectives.

Presentation and Reporting: Present strategic recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Prepare and deliver regular reports on strategy implementation and outcomes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Masters degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. • 8+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or a related role. • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
