About the position Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, Americas, the Strategy Consultant will play a high-visibility role at the center of the business, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the regional growth agenda. This is a unique opportunity to work across Wholesale, Retail, Online, and Insurance channels throughout the Americas, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic and commercial challenges. The role offers hands-on experience driving enterprise-level strategy within a global organization, leading high-impact consulting assignments from concept through execution. Responsibilities β’ Support building and cascading the Americas Regional Strategy to drive growth β’ Contribute to development of Business Unit strategies β’ Drive selected and lead implementation of strategic priorities β’ Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions β’ Prepare pitches for new initiatives including feasibility analyses β’ Ensure buy-in, ownership and continuous reinforcement of strategic initiatives β’ Develop and deliver effective decision-making materials for both Executive Management and the WSA Board of Directors Requirements β’ Masterβs degree preferred β’ Minimum 2+ yearsβ experience as a management consultant or in-house strategy consultant β’ Strategic thinker β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure momentum across all β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage a complex matrix organization β’ Possess excellent quantitative and qualitative skills β’ Structured problem-solver β’ Ability to reduce complexity and communicate via PowerPoints, Excel and other tools β’ Foster a growth mindset, be proactive, enthusiastic and with a relentless drive Apply tot his job
