Unitek Learning is a leading healthcare education organization that helps students launch their careers. They are seeking a Student Finance Analyst to accurately process institutional refunds and Return to Title IV calculations, as well as manage student stipend processing and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Processing institutional refund calculations for withdrawn students
- Processing R2T4 calculations for withdrawn students
- Enrollment updates in the National Student Loan Data System
- Processing student stipends for Title IV credit balances
- Processing stale-dated checks
- Maintain accurate data in Anthology and related student information systems
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a business office, banking or accounting environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload based on urgency and deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and simple formulas
- Preference will be given to individuals who have previous experience working as a Financial Aid Assistant or Specialist at a higher education institution
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, finance, auditing or accounting preferred
