Role Overview:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Customer Service strategies and hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies into customer engagement. The SME will be responsible for designing and developing course content that prepares learners to deliver exceptional, AI-driven customer service experiences.

    Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed course modules, assessments, and learning resources.
  • Create use cases showcasing AI in customer service (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis, automation).
  • Align content with the latest customer experience (CX) and AI trends.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure engaging and practical course delivery.
  • Review and validate course materials for accuracy and relevance.
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service operations, CX management, or customer support leadership.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications such as ChatGPT, CRM automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written communication and course design skills.
  • Prior experience in eLearning or instructional content development preferred.
