Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Substitute Teacher to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and school administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee classroom management and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
- Follow and lead basic lesson plans as directed by school administration
- Perform duties as assigned by Sub Teacher Source in coordination with school administration
- Maintain safety and integrity within the school environment
Qualifications:
- Complete a Criminal Background Check
- Have a Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
