Security Clearance Other Duties Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.,Train or arrange training of team members in team-building and teamwork methods to accomplish tasks or projects, and provide or arrange administrative or technical training needed for individual and team tasks.,Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisor’s instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines and quality have been met.,Provides technical advice for the operation of all advisory committees to Executive Secretaries/Designated Federal Officers (DFOs), institute/agency staff, committee members, experts, and consultants.,Independently conducts reviews and evaluates SGE Confidential Financial Interest Reports (OGE-450) and Foreign Activities Questionnaire documentation; as necessary, interprets legal guidance; and makes recommendations based on analyses.,As the subject matter expert, provides oversight management in the review of ICO client SGE committee financial disclosures and foreign activities prior to appointment to committees.,Serves as an expert advisor to ICO leadership and staff on FACA rules, policies, and procedures, including confidentiality, sensitive information handling, and records collection, retention, dissemination, and destruction. Qualifications You qualify at the GS-13 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: coordinating committee management operations in areas such as compliance with laws and regulations, financial management, quality assurance and conflict of interest; providing customer support for committee management activities; evaluating the effectiveness or efficiency of committee operations; developing recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of committee operations; and preparing responses to controlled and sensitive correspondence. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
