Job Title Supply Chain Data Analyst – Inventory & Replenishment (ERP / Odoo) ⸻ Job Description We are an industrial supply group operating across multiple countries and warehouses, using Odoo ERP. We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to analyze sales order line data and stock levels (stock quants) and build robust replenishment, safety stock, and reorder models for industrial products (pipes, valves, pumps, fittings). This is an analytical and decision-support role — not procurement, not accounting, not warehouse operations.
⸻ Scope of Work You will work directly with the CEO and supply chain team to: 1️⃣ Data Analysis • Analyze sales order line history (not invoices) • Analyze current stock quants by warehouse and location • Identify demand patterns, variability, and slow/fast movers 2️⃣ Replenishment Modeling • Define safety stock and reorder points • Build Min–Max inventory logic • Propose replenishment quantities aligned with lead times and cash constraints • Handle slow-moving and lumpy industrial demand 3️⃣ Forecasting & Planning • Build rolling forecasts • Separate: • Contractual / bulk orders • bolthires sales • Project-based demand 4️⃣ Decision Support • Produce clear recommendations: • What to replenish • When to replenish • What not to buy • Highlight stock-out risks and excess inventory 5️⃣ ERP & Reporting • Work with ERP data (Odoo ) • Deliver outputs in: • Excel / Odoo Spreadsheet • BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Looker if relevant) ⸻
