They are seeking a Support Engineer responsible for providing first line technical support to field engineers and customers, maintaining spare parts inventory, and conducting on-site training. Responsibilities Responsible to provide first line technical support to field engineers and customers using technical documentation, telephone support and remote diagnostic tools Maintain spare parts inventory, applications lab equipment, and provide on-site customer and factory training Travel as necessary to support field operations and cross train field engineers Provide technical phone support to customers and field service personnel worldwide for Bruker AXS products Perform system repairs and maintain repair documentation of customer material and return to stock parts from the field Provide input and create service bulletins and other technical documentation Configure computers and peripherals as required Contribute to the development and delivery of service training classes Assist in the development and updating of technical maintenance manuals Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve hardware and software problems in the field Ensure Corrective/Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) are submitted as necessary Ability to travel, as necessary to support field operations.
