Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the data from a recently deployed global DEI survey, which is scheduled to close on May 3.
- Work in tandem with the government PM to ensure high standards of research and data interpretation are maintained.
- Draft comprehensive reports on survey findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Engage in regular consultations with the government PM to align on methodologies and outcomes.
- Present findings to stakeholders and participate in discussions to further DEI initiatives based on the data.
- Qualifications:
- PhD in Survey Methodology, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in conducting and analyzing survey research.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling large-scale, global survey projects.
- Proficient in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and data analysis techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and report-writing skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with high-level research professionals and stakeholders.
- Experience in DEI-related research would be highly advantageous.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in or with government agencies.
- Familiarity with AAAS fellowship programs or similar academic-government partnerships.
