AI-Powered System Architect (Russian Speaker) - Remote

We're a US-based software company looking for a System Architect who is fluent with AI-powered development tools (Claude, GPT-4, Copilot).

This is the future of software development: You design systems, then use AI to implement them 2-3x faster. One architect can now handle 3-5 projects simultaneously.

This is NOT traditional coding - it's architecture + AI-assisted implementation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design scalable systems that leverage AI for rapid implementation

Use Claude, GPT-4, and GitHub Copilot as primary development tools

Review and validate AI-generated code for quality and architecture integrity

Architect solutions that work TODAY and scale 10x TOMORROW

Mentor other developers on AI-assisted development

Make critical technical decisions, not just write code

Handle 3-5 simultaneous projects with AI acceleration

YOUR EXPERIENCE

3-5+ years in backend, fullstack, or systems engineering

Proven system architecture experience (not just implementing specs)

Deep knowledge of SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture

Database scaling and optimization

Microservices and event-driven architecture

Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure

Multi-language capability (2+ languages)

Russian language (required)

English intermediate+ (preferred but not required)

THE CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: AI-ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT

3-6+ months hands-on experience with Claude, GPT-4, or GitHub Copilot

Understanding of AI strengths and limitations

Ability to write effective specs for AI code generation

Practical experience reviewing and refactoring AI-generated code

Knowledge of when to use AI vs traditional development

NICE TO HAVE

Kubernetes experience

AWS / GCP knowledge

Prompt engineering for code generation

Kafka / Event streaming experience

High-load systems (fintech, real-time)

Legacy system refactoring
