Contected Logistics is seeking a a total of three (3) Systems Administrator II, Help Desk professionals. This role is a "hybrid" position. You aren't just resetting passwords; you are the escalation point for complex technical issues that impact the acquisition mission, often handling both end-user support and backend server health. Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues that Tier I (Help Desk I) cannot fix, including OS crashes, driver conflicts, and peripheral integration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology or a related field with 1 year of professional experience in engineering or IT OR 4 years of professional experience plus 1 or more years in Engineering or Information Technology.
Active Secret government experience.
Must have hands on Help Desk professional experience in any level(HD 1, 2, 3).
