Dataminr is a tech startup focused on AI innovation, seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate experiences, and supporting recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and positive communication throughout the hiring journey. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews (phone, video and in-person) for candidates at all stages of the hiring process and across multiple departments and time zones, managing calendars for candidates and various interview panels Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive experience through timely communication, updates and feedback Manage all recruitment-related paperwork, including preparing and distributing interview prep documents, training materials, presentation decks and other ad hoc projects as needed Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Workday), ensuring all candidate records, job postings and statuses are accurate and up-to-date for reporting purposes, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement to facilitate time efficiency Provide comprehensive assistance to our recruiters and hiring managers across all teams to facilitate the seamless progression of candidates through the selection process, ensuring meticulous tracking and follow-up Coordinate and organize Talent Acquisition team meetings, including managing meeting minutes and ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Complete ad hoc projects to improve team efficiency and strategy keeping us on the cutting edge of the Talent market Skills Bachelor's degree in related field, with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources or an administrative support role preferably in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases and proficiency with bolthires productivity tools, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail and bolthires Calendar Exceptional organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor Robust problem solving skills, resourceful and proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to improve the recruiting workflow, while acting swiftly under pressure and adapting to changing priorities and processes Demonstrated experience operating within a professional environment, with direct engagement across all organizational levels, including senior management and executives Experience with Workday and Goodtime is a plus Benefits Discretionary bonus Company equity Flexible work arrangements Generous PTO and sick leave Company Overview Dataminr is a real-time AI platform that detects early signs of high-impact events and emerging risks.
