They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Scheduling Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, enhance candidate experience, and assist with the pre-onboarding process. Responsibilities Partner with our Americas’ Talent Acquisition Specialists (recruiters) to own interview scheduling, playing a critical role as Morningstar’s first point of contact for our candidates and future employees Assisting in the assessment and implementation of interview scheduling automation to further our goal of scaling TA processes supporting Morningstar’s long-term business goals Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, including collecting and analyzing survey feedback Enthusiastically promote Morningstar as a great place to work through campus recruiting, professional organizations and other promotion efforts, as needed Ensure requisitions align with documented process and procedures and then check for any potential errors/inconsistencies Support the candidate offer, background check and pre-onboarding processes, ensuring the highest quality and thoroughness Manage and solve inquiries that come from TA team and our candidates Skills A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent 1-2 years of professional experience and a proven track record in People & Culture (HR) or in a client service-related role Strong desire in a career path in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates to uncover talent, both internally and externally Proven ability to learn quickly, act professionally, and proactively take responsibility Demonstration of a high level of discretion and candor relating to sensitive or confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities while delivering on a dynamic candidate and hiring manager experience, acting with appropriate urgency to time sensitive work Strong attention to detail and a process improvement inclination A passion for learning about Morningstar's business, our mission, and working in accordance with our values Benefits 100% 401k match up to 6% of salary Stock Ownership Potential Company provided life insurance - 1x salary + commission Comprehensive health benefits (medical/dental/vision) including potential premium discounts and company-provided HSA contributions (up to $500-$2,000 annually) for specific plans and coverages Additional medical Wellness Incentives - up to $300-$600 annual Company-provided long- and short-term disability insurance Trust-Based Time Off 6-week Paid Sabbatical Program 6-Week Paid Family Caregiving Leave Competitive 8-24 Week Paid Parental Leave Adoption Assistance Leadership Coaching & Formal Mentorship Opportunities Annual Flex Stipend - $1000 annually to cover personal education & well-being expenses Tuition Reimbursement Charitable Matching Gifts program Dollars for Doers volunteer program Paid volunteering days 15+ Employee Resource & Affinity Groups Company Overview Morningstar provides independent investment research to investors worldwide.
