Job Title: Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
Location: REMOTE 100%
Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 DOE + bonuses, unlimited PTO, equity*
Requirements: Currently a Senior/Tax Manager with a CPA firm
We are an independent, mid-sized IPA Top CPA firm with two offices in the Greater Chicago, Dallas, Boca and Hartford area! Since our founding, we've grown to ~110 employees who specialized in Tax, Audit, CAS, and Advisory for small-large business across major verticals like Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Nonprofit, and Tech, to name a few. In addition, we've been recognized as a 2024 Fasting Growing CPA firms in the U.S.

- What You Need for this Position
- Minimum 5-10+ years of Public Accounting experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a Manager capacity overseeing lower level associates
- Demonstrated experience related to simple and complex return prep & review
- Exposure to HNWI, Fiduciary, and Business returns (predominately S-Corp)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA
- Preferred
- Intermediate-Advanced exp. w/ Trusts & Estates is preferred
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation
