- Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Tax Analyst, International Tax to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in U.S. international tax compliance including preparation and review of forms such as 1118, 5471, 8858, and FinCEN 114.
- Prepare ASC 740 calculations and support financial statement reporting for international tax components.
- Assist with corporate income tax computations, filings, and estimated payments for Canadian and other North American jurisdictions.
- Develop global transfer pricing calculations and support documentation review.
- Contribute to tax technology initiatives including automation, system integration, and process improvements. Requirements:
- Collaborate with internal finance, legal teams, and external advisors to ensure global tax compliance.
- Monitor international tax compliance calendars and support timely filings.
- Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for international tax components of quarterly provisions.
- Utilize platforms such as Hyperion, Alteryx, BI, OneSource, and Oracle for tax reporting and analysis.
- Support cross-border stakeholders with tax-efficient decision-making and reporting. Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; master's degree or CPA/LLM preferred.
- 2+ years of corporate income tax experience with a focus on international tax or transfer pricing.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax research software.
- Exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
