- Skills needed:
- Ability to work with high volume case load
- Experience in customer service
- Critical thinking, attention to details and problem-solving attitude
- Experienced in tax preparation field
- Accounting background is a plus
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional and ethical
This position will require you to communicate with client regarding the state of their file, obtain from them financial information and complete financials. Training will be provided to the right person.
