Lead and manage a team of valuation analysts in the Private Market Valuations business.
Oversee the team's day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering valuations.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other teams within S&P Global to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Review and approve valuation reports and methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations related to private market valuations.
Contribute to the growth and success of the Private Market Valuations business by identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Represent S&P Global in industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in private market valuations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Act as a subject matter expert for private market valuations, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the team and business.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and objectives.
