Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY Provide organizational development, instructional design and training. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing and implementing training programs to support safeguards and security projects using a wide variety of technical, environmental, management and related activities. Provide support subject matter expertise to Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and other U.S. government agencies as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS Security clearance Required Education/Certifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a specific task Pre-employment drug screening is conducted. Preferred Skills/
Experience: 12 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. WORKING CONDITIONS May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 10 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Travel Required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS May be required to loft and carry awkward items weighing up 10 lbs.
