Job Description

The role holder will lead customer consultancy for Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, SharePoint Agents, Microsoft 365) customer engagements. Day to day, they will be expected to engage directly with customers, from the presales stage through to delivery. The role holder will be required to articulate the value of the whole Copilot ecosystem to customers through envisioning sessions and lead business analysis conversations with customers looking to understand and expand their AI opportunity. They will also be able to identify valuable use cases for AI Agents within a customer environment and implement solutions to deliver measurable improvements. The role holder will have the direct access to Microsoft as part of the Copilot Jumpstart program and be at the forefront of product knowledge as a community member. Requirements Must haves ยท Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem inc Power Platform ยท Demonstrable experience of Business Process Automation including integrations to 3rd party systems ยท Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing and deploying custom AI agents ยท Strong experience working in a consulting or customer-facing delivery role ยท Knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem Sought-after skills ยท Custom Application development ยท Experience of Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem ยท Data science experience, including AI model performance validation ยท Background in MS Teams voice ecosystem, including Contact Centres Personal Attributes ยท Engaging and relatable ยท Being a team player ยท Critical thinking skills ยท Ability to map business challenges to Copilot-powered AI solutions ยท Communication skills (written & verbal) Key responsibilities ยท Review/ technical oversight for customer pre-sales engagements ยท Responsible for end-to-end stages of delivery including survey, design, build and commissioning of MS Copilot services ยท Design and host presales and post-sale workshops with customer stakeholders ยท Creation of AI solutions for customers using Copilot Studio ยท Author documentation capturing customer requirements and consulting outputs ยท Work flexibly to meet project deadlines which may include working out of standard Mon-Fri 9-5 hours at times ยท Help support the ongoing relationship with customers including assisting during support issue escalation for complex issues ยท Provide technical support for Symity clients which may include out of hours work from time-to-time ยท Improve Symity collateral to provide better templates and methodologies across all areas ยท Contribute to the strategic direction for Symity across the MS Copilot ecosystem ยท Contribute to Symity marketing through social media and blogs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by: Client consulting: Build strong client relationships and delivery high quality outputs and results Technical design: Delivery of high and low-level design documentation Critical thinking: Logical and functional approach Work as a team: Own and deliver artefacts with key content digestible for multiple audiences (internal and client Benefits Join us, and your benefits and perks will include private healthcare, Medicash cashback, life assurance, workplace pension, cycle to work scheme, access to our employee assistance programme, savings discount, 20% EE discount that extends to your family and friends, a birthday gift voucher and day off, plus more.
