This engagement has a defined scope, external program requirements, and multiple organisations whose work needs to stay aligned. Your job is to make sure it does. You will own the engineering backlog, drive migration acceleration program (MAP) compliance, and serve as the operational point of contact between AWS, Revolgy, and the client migration team. The work is coordination-heavy and detail-dependent — and the person who will thrive here is someone who treats a clean audit trail and an on-time milestone as the same thing: non-negotiable.

What You Will Work On
Engineering Backlog Ownership Maintaining, prioritising, and grooming tasks in collaboration with engineers and project stakeholders to keep migration workstreams moving — without letting backlog hygiene slip under delivery pressure.
MAP Compliance Tracking all AWS Migration Acceleration Program requirements end to end — deadlines, documentation standards, and milestone gates — ensuring Revolgy meets every obligation on time and on record.
ADR Production Management Ensuring Architecture Decision Records and other required deliverables are created, reviewed, and submitted on schedule. You will not be writing the architecture, but you will be accountable for the paper trail that proves it was done properly.
Operational Point of Contact Serving as the primary day-to-day interface between multiple teams. Three organisations, one person keeping the threads from crossing.
Proactive Reporting & Escalation Surfacing risks, blockers, and status updates to leadership before they become problems — not after. The expectation is that nothing comes as a surprise.
What Makes You a Fit
- You will need
- 2–4 years in project coordination, programme management, or technical delivery
- Familiarity with cloud migration projects — AWS experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple organisations simultaneously
- Strong written communication — you can produce a crisp status update and a structured ADR summary with equal ease
- You will thrive here if you
- Stay ahead of deadlines rather than reacting to them — your instinct is to flag early, not explain late
- Can hold the detail across multiple workstreams without losing the thread on any of them
- Are comfortable being the connective tissue between technical teams and external stakeholders — translating without distorting
- Treat compliance documentation as a discipline, not an afterthought

- Knowledge of AWS MAP program requirements and compliance frameworks
- Experience in a cloud consultancy or MSP environment
- Background in financial services or regulated industry engagements
- AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner or above)
