- Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery governance for India-based CW teams supporting the ITS organization
- Serve as the single point of accountability for execution, quality, and timelines across initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment between US stakeholders and offshore engineering teams
- Ensure strong time-zone overlap and operating cadence to accelerate delivery velocity
- Manage prioritization, backlog alignment, and sprint execution across multiple workstreams
- Provide proactive risk identification, escalation management, and resolution tracking
- Establish standardized reporting, KPIs, and executive-level communication
- Oversee onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing performance of CW resources
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and SaaS ecosystems (ServiceNow, Workday, identity platforms), with familiarity in Agile/DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines)
- Typically 8–15+ years experience in program delivery, engineering leadership, or enterprise IT environments
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
