Job Description
Position Title: Technical SEO and Web Manager
Reports To: SVP of Marketing
Location: Remote: Some Travel Required
Position Overview: The Technical SEO and Web Manager owns the website, technical SEO, and parent digital experience to improve organic contribution and engagement quality. This role is a core owner within the Organic and Digital Experience components of the Marketing Operating System.
- Education:
- Degree: Bachelor’s preferred in marketing, computer science, information systems, or related field
- Certifications: Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics certification preferred
- Preferred Skills:
- 6+ years' experience in SEO or web management roles
- Strong technical SEO and CMS experience
- Working knowledge of UX and conversion best practices
- Experience with GA4 and Search Console
- Core Responsibilities:
- Manage site architecture, UX, and navigation
- Own technical SEO execution and roadmapPartner with Brand & Content on messaging clarity
- Reduce reliance on external vendors
- Monitor engagement and conversion metrics

- Improved organic OPP contribution and engagement quality
- Strong technical foundation for growth
- Stabilize site performance and SEO fundamentals
- Improve discoverability and content structure
- Reduce technical debt and vendor dependency
