As our Group IT Infrastructure Technology Owner for the Azure domain , you will join a small senior infrastructure team (one team lead + four engineers) and play a key role in defining how Euroports builds and operates its cloud infrastructure. This is a fully remote position within our Belgium-based Group IT Infrastructure team, operating at Group level across all Euroports entities. The role blends architecture, delivery, and operations. You’ll design Azure-first solutions while staying close to implementation and real-world support. We are evolving toward automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and expanded PaaS adoption. You will help drive that transformation, bringing structure, repeatability, and resilience into our environment. Responsibilities Infrastructure architecture Design and improve infrastructure across Azure, on-prem, and security layers Define standards, guardrails, and reusable architecture patterns Build scalable, secure, and operationally consistent systems Coordination & alignment Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Translate business needs into clear technical architecture Document and explain decisions so others can build confidently Technical ownership Act as domain lead for key areas (Azure, identity, Citrix) Keep environments healthy, updated, and documented Drive continuous improvement Operations & support Participate in projects and daily engineering work Provide third-line support Join standby/on-call rotation Continuous improvement Simplify and automate infrastructure Create scalable and repeatable ways of working Reduce operational friction Knowledge sharing Share insights and coach colleagues Keep documentation current Involve the team in what you build and why Qualifications Experience 7+ years in IT infrastructure 2–3+ years in a senior engineering or architecture role Strong cloud-first infrastructure experience (Azure) Comfortable working across domains Must-have technical skills Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, identity, RBAC, monitoring) Automation tools (Ansible / Azure DevOps or similar) Strong PowerShell scripting Active Directory & Entra ID Microsoft 365 administration Intune / Endpoint Manager Windows Server environments Nice to have Azure certifications (AZ-305, SC-100) Networking & firewall experience Citrix environments ITIL or structured delivery frameworks Security tooling exposure Bonus exposure SentinelOne, Mimecast, Linux, Docker SolarWinds, Lansweeper, Grafana Languages English required Additional European languages are a plus Work model Fully remote Belgium-based Group IT team Occasional international travel Participation in standby rotation
