Now Hiring: Telehealth Physical Therapist
Pay: $65–$70/hour
Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team! - Position Highlights:
- Provide virtual physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate closely with on-site interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety
- What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
- Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and technology
- Compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
