Telehealth Urgent Care Physician – Fully Remote (Night Shifts Only)
Pay: $125–$130/hr (1099 Contract)
Expected Start Date: February 10, 2025
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, multi-state licensed physicians to provide telehealth urgent care services in a fully remote, overnight setting. Providers in this role will handle a steady volume of patient visits and must be comfortable practicing independently in a virtual environment.
- Schedule & Hours
- Night shifts only
- Shifts range from 5–8 hours
- Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 12:00am–7:00am (provider’s local time zone)
- Minimum 3 shifts per week
- Minimum 15 hours per week
- Monthly scheduling with flexibility to work around other positions
- Providers may select preferred shift blocks within the available overnight window
- Compensation & Employment Type
- $125–$130 per hour
- 1099 independent contractor role
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Estimated Patient Volume
- Approximately 6 patients per hour
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Multiple active state licenses required
- IMLC strongly preferred
- Must be Board Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- California (CA) and Texas (TX) licenses prioritized
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience
- Active DEA license required (state-specific DEA numbers not required)
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-paced primary care
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

- Full training provided prior to start
