As a Telemarketer and key member of a State Farm Agent's team, you will connect with prospective and current customers to introduce State Farm products and services. Responsibilities:
Β Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients using provided leads.
Β Educate customers about State Farm products and services to meet their insurance and financial needs.
Β Schedule appointments for potential policy reviews with the agent.
Β Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding client needs.
Β Meet or exceed established performance goals, including call quotas and sales targets.
Qualifications:
Β Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
Β Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Β Prior telemarketing or customer service experience preferred.
