Nexlife is seeking compassionate physicians (MD/DO) licensed in at least 25 states to provide virtual care in general wellness, obesity medicine, longevity health, and sexual health. - What We’re Looking For
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states (minimum 25)
- Comfortable using digital tools and EMR systems to deliver care with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent virtual “bedside manner” with a patient-first, compassionate approach
- Availability of 10–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care via telehealth platforms, including video consultations and digital assessments.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and symptom analysis using telemedicine tools.
- Utilize EHR systems such as Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR) platforms to document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute care settings, including chronic disease management and acute illness treatment.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for diagnostic testing such as medical imaging (e.g., CT scans), laboratory results, and specialist referrals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality during all virtual interactions.
- Stay current with telehealth best practices, clinical research developments, and evolving healthcare standards to continuously improve patient care quality.
- What You’ll Do
- Deliver patient-centered care using Nexlife's integrated Telehealth and EMR platform
- Review intake forms and medical history, conduct video/chat consultations, and provide evidence-based guidance
- Build long-term patient relationships through ongoing treatment evaluations and follow-ups
- Educate patients on obesity medicine, treatment options, and sustainable lifestyle changes
Pay: $80.00 - $130.00 per hour
