Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Occupational Therapist (OT) with South Carolina licensure to join our team. This part-time position requires at least 2 full days per week (approximately 16-20 hours), with a focus on meeting the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Provide occupational therapy services to approximately 12 students, with the potential for changes in caseload.
Β Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Β Conduct assessments to evaluate studentsΒ needs and progress.
Β Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Β Flexibly adjust hours based on school needs rather than a fixed schedule.
Qualifications:
Β Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy License.
Β Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
Β Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Β Ability to adapt and respond to changing student needs.
