Job Description
A K-12 school psychologist position is available for a contract through the current school year, located in Thomasville, AL. This role requires telehealth services and offers an opportunity to provide critical psychological support to students across all grade levels.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students.
- Administer Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Autism Screeners.
- Collaborate with educational staff to interpret assessment results and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver services remotely.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with school policies and legal requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Valid and current school psychologist certification or license.
- Experience with psychological assessments, particularly FBAs and Autism Screeners.
- Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and student developmental needs.
- Demonstrated ability to provide telehealth services in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
