Job Description
ProSearch is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Accounts & Billing Associate to support accounts receivable, billing, and customer account maintenance for their client. This entry-level role involves communicating with customers about past-due invoices, processing financial data, and resolving billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding past-due invoices via phone, email, and written communication
- Assist with accounts receivable, billing support, and collections follow-ups
- Enter and maintain customer and financial data in multiple systems
- Review invoices and documentation for accuracy before processing
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to accounts
- Support data reconciliation and record maintenance
Skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- High attention to detail
- Accurate data entry and organization skills
- Ability to work with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Excel
- Exposure to accounts receivable, billing, or collections
- ERP system experience (such as SAP) is a plus
