Job Description

ProSearch is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Accounts & Billing Associate to support accounts receivable, billing, and customer account maintenance for their client. This entry-level role involves communicating with customers about past-due invoices, processing financial data, and resolving billing inquiries.


Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding past-due invoices via phone, email, and written communication
  • Assist with accounts receivable, billing support, and collections follow-ups
  • Enter and maintain customer and financial data in multiple systems
  • Review invoices and documentation for accuracy before processing
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to accounts
  • Support data reconciliation and record maintenance

Skills

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry and organization skills
  • Ability to work with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Excel
  • Exposure to accounts receivable, billing, or collections
  • ERP system experience (such as SAP) is a plus
