Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support critical data cleanup and reporting efforts for grant funded programs. This role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely entry of required DACODS (Drug and Alcohol Coordinated Data System) surveys and related documentation in the Unity system. This is a short-term, project-based role designed to help reconcile patient records, complete required reporting, and ensure compliance with grant obligations. Key Responsibilities - Enter DACODS data into the Unity system, including discharge records, encounter data, and new client surveys - Review patient lists to identify individuals requiring discharge or data completion - Accurately document and update patient status based on provided guidance - Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness - Collaborate with the Grants Team to prioritize and complete assigned tasks - Communicate progress and flag discrepancies or questions in a timely manner Time Commitment & Duration 10–15 hours per week Approximately 3 months Flexible schedule within business hours (M-F 8am - 5pm) Reporting Structure Primary Reporting: Grants Team (task assignment and prioritization) Training & Support: Director of Virtual Therapy Services Compensation $27/hour Preferred Qualifications Experience with data entry in healthcare or behavioral health settings - Familiarity with EHR systems (Unity preferred but not required) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus - Comfortable working independently with clear task direction *Must reside in the State of Colorado Location Colorado (Remote) Department Clinical Case Management Employment Type Temporary Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $27/hour
