About the position
- Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and promote qualified technical and non-technical candidates for contingent roles across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and offer strategic recruitment support.
- Lead staffing inquiry and intake calls, providing expert guidance on the contingent labor program and related run rules.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle for the contingent workforce, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Deliver both regular and ad-hoc operational reports, offering insights into the effectiveness of the contingent labor program.
- Support employee relations efforts by assisting with performance concerns, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, and other workplace matters.
- Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Contingent Labor programs.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working with WorkDay is highly desirable.
