We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Temporary Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a temporary, remote role that will begin in June 2025, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.

*Key Responsibilities**

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
Other duties as assigned

*Essential Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Customer service or call center experience in an office setting
Basic computer proficiency required
A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to think critically and solve problems independently
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

*Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Familiarity with CRM software and database management

*Schedule and Pay**

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect:

Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Pay up to $16.18/hr
