Our client is a domestic manufacturer who works in partnership with retailers and national brands in a range of industries to design and facilitate the use of fixtures and racks for retail environments.
Job Description
- The Territory Account Manager will be the source of customer expertise and enable the execution of plans to grow business with retailers/brands.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Western U.S. territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Drive the planning process, including collaborating with Business Insights and optimizing quarterly/annual strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
- A successful Territory Account Manager - Western U.S. should have:
- A strong background in sales, particularly within the CPG industry.
- 5 years' minimum experience in a sales or account management position.
- Ability to elevate conversations, align strategy top-down,and act as trusted advisor.
- Experience with handling C-suite, National and District buyer level conversations.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- 4 year degree and professional sales training.
- Willingness to travel within the Western U.S. region as required.
