Outside Sales for designated territory Description Swannies Golf Apparel Co. is a fast-growing golf lifestyle brand with deep roots in the game and serious momentum behind the product. We're seeking a driven Territory Sales Professional to represent Swannies across Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia — building and growing relationships with green grass and independent retail accounts throughout the region. This is a full-time outside sales role built for a self-starter with golf industry experience, a strong existing network, and the desire to grow alongside a brand that's just getting started. Responsibilities • Serve as the Outside Sales rep for the MD/VA/WVA territory • Grow account base and sell-through at green grass and independent retail shops • Schedule and execute prebook line reviews, primarily in person • Conduct routine check-in visits for at-once sales opportunities; leverage sell-through and margin data • Manage order entry, order management, and brand servicing expectations • Communicate proactively and on schedule with accounts and the internal Swannies team • Travel approximately 75% of the time within the territory Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in the golf industry (Preferred) • 2+ years of outside sales experience (Preferred) • Strong understanding of a sales pipeline and golf industry timelines • Self-motivated; able to execute independently without micromanagement • Comfortable with start-up culture and a fast-evolving brand/product line • Bachelor's degree preferred Nice to Have • Existing familiarity with the Swannies brand • Established relationships in the regional golf market • Previous experience working in golf (shop, manufacturer, rep) Compensation & Benefits • Pay: Up to $90,000–$110,000/year — salary + commission + bonus, no cap • Mileage reimbursement + hotel coverage up to $140/night • Promo budget for account and target outreach • Medical / Dental / Vision / 401(k) • Flexible schedule / PTO • Monday–Friday, occasional weekends Location Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater Washington DC or Richmond, VA area.
