Salary | No Cap | High Performers Only We are hiring one Texas-licensed attorney with 1–5 years of first-party property insurance experience to handle residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims. This is a commission-only role for attorneys who want ownership, leverage, and uncapped income — not stability seekers. What You Will Handle • First-party property damage claims (hail, wind, roof) • Commercial and HOA insurance disputes • Appraisal and arbitration matters • Pre-suit through active litigation • Select bad-faith matters You will run your own docket with firm infrastructure behind you.
Compensation (Read Carefully) • 25% on firm-generated matters • Up to 40% on self-generated matters • Paid on collected fees • No draw. No salary. No guarantees. • Paid monthly If you need predictable income, this role is not for you. Leads & Support • Firm-generated cases provided • Optional business development • Case managers, paralegals, intake, CRM, and litigation support included • Experts and trial support available when warranted Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • Active Texas Bar license • 1–5 years first-party insurance litigation experience • Comfortable managing deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently • Able to appear in Texas courts as required • Entrepreneurial, disciplined, self-directed Auto-Disqualifiers (Do Not Apply If) • You require a base salary or guaranteed draw • You are uncomfortable with commission-only compensation • You need constant supervision or training • You lack first-party insurance experience • You are not licensed in Texas Why
