What Will You Be Doing
This position will report to the Director of Marketing and CEO, don't let the niche fool you! We are an agile, growing, tech-focused company that has already disrupted the space and is on its way to world domination. Your position will touch all aspects of Digital, Social, and Company Marketing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid marketing experience looking to take their career to the next level. You won't be left to stagnate like a marketer at a large corporation, and you won't be subjected to the burn-out of working for too many stakeholders like most agencies. We believe in growing our employees as much as they help us grow.
Primary Responsibilities for our DREAM Marketing Specialist
Own creative marketing campaigns and strategies
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas
Content development and optimization
Advertising
Events Planning
Network Marketing
Graphic Design
Brand development and growth
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Ensure the brand is on point, the website is effective
New leads are being driven to the company
Create a referral process
A/B test our website and content
Segment email lists
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail)
Podcast Editing
Required Skills– The MUSTS
3 years of proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
Proven experience with lead generation and growth
Digital Marketing
Graphic design with Canva or better
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Tech-savvy as we are completely virtual
Ability to work independently hit deadlines, and communicate projects to the team consistently
Ability to ask for help
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to use exceptionally well:
Google Drive
Hubspot
Social media platform's growth and strategy
FB and IG ad campaigns
Email marketing
Powerpoint
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools
BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent preferred
Experience with PM tools like ClickUp
Familiarity with Ahrefs, MOZ, SEMRush, or similar
Google Analytics custom reports
Demand Generation
Worked with sales team/funnel management
Community (digital) building and management
