Agency Elite Recruitment is thrilled to announce a collaborative recruitment initiative with our client Bombay Hair. Bombay Hair is a leading Canadian beauty brand specializing in premium 100% human hair extensions and professional-grade styling tools. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative TikTok & Instagram Growth Manager to spearhead our social media expansion on two of the most influential platforms today. In this role, you will craft compelling content strategies, optimize engagement, and drive follower growth through creative campaigns and data-driven insights. Your energy and expertise will help elevate our brand’s presence, connect authentically with audiences, and convert social interactions into meaningful brand loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape digital narratives and make a tangible impact in the fast-paced world of social media marketing.
- Responsibilities:
- Fully manage and grow our TikTok account with the goal of driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Manage TikTok Shop including product listings, tagging products in content, and optimizing conversions
- Identify viral TikTok trends early and quickly recreate them using our products
- Produce or coordinate high-performing UGC-style content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates/creators who can promote our products
- Educate affiliates on how to best present and sell the brand through demos, storytelling, and strong hooks
- Create content briefs and selling angles to help creators produce high-converting videos
- Repurpose winning TikTok content for Instagram Reels to maximize reach and performance
- Track performance and scale winning formats, hooks, creators, and content styles
- Ideal Candidate:
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral formats, and the algorithm
- Experience managing TikTok Shop and affiliate creator programs
- Strong instincts for high-converting hooks and product storytelling
- Ability to move quickly on trends and content opportunities
- Experience growing TikTok-first brands and translating content to Instagram
