Job Description

THG is a global ecommerce group focused on beauty and sports nutrition, and they are seeking a TikTok Shop Associate to support their TikTok Shop operations. This role involves managing daily execution, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and driving revenue through effective content and shop execution.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the daily execution of TikTok Shop, including SKU setup, catalog health, and product bundling
  • Act as the 'go-to' for managing our promotional calendar to ensure exclusive offers align with broader DTC and retail (Sephora) guardrails
  • Serve as the main Biossance liaison for our TikTok Shop agency to ensure seamless execution and platform compliance
  • Lead outreach to the creator affiliate ecosystem, enabling partners with the information and tools they need to sell effectively
  • Bridge the gap between data and creativity by translating performance insights from TikTok Ads and Shop into clear, simple briefs for our social and influencer teams
  • Stay at the forefront of TikTok culture by identifying emerging hooks, formats, and narratives to optimize our strategy across all digital destinations
  • Partner closely with Paid Media (Pete & Kai) and eCommerce (Alexia) to ensure TikTok initiatives support our overall business goals and maintain pricing integrity
  • Assist in gathering performance data to share insights and 'wins' with the leadership team

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced brand environment where you have successfully navigated ambiguity
  • A genuine passion for the TikTok ecosystem and an understanding of how creators and trends drive consumer behavior
  • High organizational skills with the ability to manage a promotional calendar, SKU lists, and agency deliverables with high attention to detail
  • Analytical curiosity and a comfort level evaluating creative content and performance data to provide actionable feedback
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as this role sits between many different departments
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and an eagerness to help build a new channel from the ground up
  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week
