Key Responsibilities
ย Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and networking.
ย Make over 100 calls daily to connect with prospective clients.
ย Build and nurture relationships with clients both remotely and through in-person interactions.
ย Collaborate with local professionals to establish a strong referral network.
ย Evaluate client needs and provide informed recommendations for optimal insurance coverage.
ย Educate clients on the significance of comprehensive insurance protection.
Required Skills
ย Exceptional ability to foster relationships and adeptly handle client objections.
ย Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to client service.
ย Excellent communication capabilities to engage clients effectively.
ย Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently on leads and client inquiries.

Qualifications
ย Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Allstate or a comparable agency (REQUIRED).
ย Demonstrated success in a sales-oriented role, with the ability to sell at least 20 items monthly (REQUIRED).
ย A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).
ย Prior experience in a remote work setting with a dedicated, quiet workspace (REQUIRED).
